1. Shipping Methods Guide

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. For most products, Mei Fu Gifts will offer you a choice of three shipping methods on the Order Information page at checkout. Note that if every item in your order need us to arrange the shipment, you won't need to select shipping – Mei Fu Gifts.co will automatically ship through the best method based on the order size and destination. Our three available shipping methods are:

Standard Shipping
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 5 - 6 days. (Note: Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.)

Expedited Shipping
Our fastest option ships to all major destinations in 2-3 days.

Super Saver Shipping
The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 15 - 30 days. The longer delivery time is necessary to offer you the lowest possible shipping fees. Please be aware that order tracking may not always be available with this option.

Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.

2. Why Can't I Choose My Desired Courier?

We will take into consideration many factors including country difference, time difference and other conditions, and use our discretion in choose the most appropriate courier service to ship your products to you. All we need from our customers is the time frame in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.

3. How do I save on shipping?

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. 
If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using express shipping.

4. How can I trace my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will normally send you a dispatch notification with a tracking number through email. Alternatively, you can log in your account on our website and retrieve the tracking number in “order details”.

5. How can I track my order status?

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically as well as updated on our website. Please feel free to contact the carrier to track yourpackage. Or, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department for the latest updates on your order status. We are more than happy to further assist you.

6. Processing Time & Delivery Schedule

We understand how important it is to receive your order when you expect it. In that case, we use secure and fast shipping methods to deliver your orders. We suggest that you ship to a reliable address as our couriers only deliver between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and signature is required upon receipt.

Generally, it will take 3-6 working days for your order to be delivered to your door by EXPEDITED SHIPPING.

We have partnered with a number of reputable shipping companies for the many destinations we service worldwide. These include DHL, EMS, FedEx, HK Post, and UPS.
